- Journey III Winner -

The third clue was found in Manhattan, New York City off a nondescript path in Central Park. The clue was recovered by Stone player bdp33 who lives and works in the Big Apple...

Lunch Break Visit Yields Success

The first early morning visit to the park was unsuccessful for bdp33. He returned home cold and hungry to regroup.

Another player was able to enlarge the images and email them to bdp33. He set out again during his lunch hour with a clear head and a fresh eye for detail. He also brought a pair of rubber gloves, a camera, cell phone, and a towel to dry off whatever he'd find.

This time bdp33 was able to follow the graphiti left by someone who goes by the name of 'SENCE', which enabled him to confirm he was headed to the right spot.

Several other players had also been searching the night before. bdp33 recovered the tiny blue plastic shovel that had been left as a favor by fellow Stone player NYGargoyle. She had found her way to the site but couldn't locate the clue in the ground.

Several friendly real life meetings took place as other NY Stone players converged at the location on this overcast day in the Park.

bdp33 was the one who found the wrapped clue in the ground next to the tree stump.

Just what did he find?

The clue another section from a marble tablet, part of a larger image.

Survival Prize Donated To Worthy Cause

bdp33 has decided to donate his gas-powered generator to a worthy cause.

Thanks to the generosity of this Stone Player, a lucky homeless shelter in New York may become even more popular in the days following the New Year's party in Times Square.
