The first clue was found just outside of Cincinatti, OH in the Sharon Woods State Park. The clue was recovered by Stone player BTarver, who lives in the Chicago area...

Player Journeys 340 Miles To Find Clue

BTarver sorted the insights shared in The Commons message board area (within the game), and using his fax machine he was able to confirm his own hunch as per the location while only 3 of the 4 site photos were available online.

As the drive from Chicago to took 5 1/2 hours, BTarver made a day of it with his family and was quite relieved to find this mysterious marble object.

First Winner

It's location appeared to have been disturbed by what is now a legendary squirrel, one of the many minor mysteries frequently explored within The Stone community.

Just what did he find?

The clue appears to be a section from a marble tablet. The symbols on the sides are cryptic, while the front suggests it is a part of a larger image.

Survival Prize

The Stonekeepers commend BTarver for providing the community with these photographs, and were proud to surpise this player with a gas powered generator.

On the morning of January 1st, BTarver will be able to cook a warm breakfast for his friends and family, thanks to his savvy interpretation of the first three photographs released to players of The Stone.
