If you have registered a Stone pendant you do have a userid and password and this can be recovered. If you have a virtual Stone membership, please reference your original emailed information or simply use the password finder below. To be clear, registering a physical Stone, or filling out a virtual Stone membership, is required for entering the site. If you have not yet registered your Stone pendant, please do so now. We recommend tackling some free puzzles in the meantime. What do I do if I've lost my password? Fill out the following form correctly and your password will be sent to the email address you registered. Careful, your Userid and Mother's Maiden Name will be case sensitive. UserID: Mother's Maiden Name: What do I do if I can't remember my userid, or have changed my email address? If you are unable to retrieve your password using the form above, please fill out our question form and include enough information so that we can find your Stone registration in our scrolls. We will accept your originating email address as verification as long as it matches the one in your Stone registration. If your email address is different, including your mother's maiden name will suffice. Again, don't panic. We're here to help! Are Userids and Passwords case sensitive? Yes. Take comfort in that you will be able to change your password to something easier for you to remember once you've logged into the game by going to the Profile section of the site. How can I be sure I'm typing my password in correctly? If you're receiving log in errors, it is not a good idea to type your password in plain text with a word pad or writing program such as notepad or MS Word, then copy and paste the exact password into the field. Some browsers will prompt you into saving passwords for you. This is convenient as long as your password is typed in correctly the first time. Hacking are we? Thought we'd say hello...
