Why am I receiving an error message about my web browser?

Why am I receiving a symbols-error message?

Likely, one or more of the symbols you are choosing is incorrect depending on what is etched onto your Stone. Please review your Stone carefully and give it another try.

On the offchance you were wondering, yes, there is a right side up here. The top of your Stone has a hole for your pendant string.



Why am I receiving a message that two Stones have already been registered?

This can be good news. It likely means that the person somewhere on the planet that has the exact same Stone as you do has already registered and entered the Community. Unfortunately that person may have registered their Stone twice by accident.

In this event, please fill out our question form and describe the symbols that are on your Stone. If you describe your symbols accurately, we can check the scrolls and provide the necessary assistance.



Why does the page have broken image links?
